Kyles Landing

You will have to walk your boat 150-250 feet to the water. Kyles Landing has picnic tables, toilets and water. Its 3.2 miles down a gravel road. This road can get a little steep at times, but most cars shouldn’t have trouble. One of the best things about Kyles Landing is two of the better hikes in the area are on your way here. Triple Falls and Eye of the Needle. Triple falls is at a “Y” in the road towards Camp Orr and is an easy short hike, and Eye of the needle starts at Kyle’s Landing but is a longer harder hike. Leave your shuttle car at Erbie for a 5.6-mile float or Ozark for a 11.1-mile float. You will float about 2 miles an hour. A little faster if the water is higher, slower if the water is lower. Don’t forget time to stop for lunch.
