Description

This trail is great for camping and hiking, but mostly climbing and it’s unlikely you’ll encounter many other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

Not so much a hiking area as a climb area. Avoid taking Hwy 65 through Snowball. Requires fording a stream and high likelihood of trees across road after a storm. Travel from the southwest via highway 12. Beautiful Rock faces for all levels of climbers.
