Save the $10 on an automatic car wash and instead take the backroads to Car Wash Falls. I think Carwash Falls is a must do on anyone’s list. Not only for the scenery but for the iconic waterfall you get to drive right through/under. The highlight of the trail is definitely Carwash Falls, here a stream flows over the top of a limestone bluff onto the road before entering Big Piney Creek. The trail is a muddy/gravel road that can get slippery so definitely need to pay attention. In this same area are many good roads you will need 4-wheel drive. Also not far from carwash falls is “Hanging Tree”.
